APR receives a new order for Thermal Vacuum Testing (TVAC) of Space flight hardware

APR Technologies receives yet another commercial order for testing satellite systems, in our thermal vacuum (TVAC) equipment. The tests will be finalized in February.

APR is developing compact chip cooling system for computer processors.

APR Technologies is granted MSEK 2.5 from Vinnova for developing a compact and more efficient cooling system for electronics in the autonomous vehicle market. Together with Veoneer and Chalmers Industriteknik, the objective is to reduce the chip temperature and reach a 3-5 times longer life-time of processor components.

APR develops a cooling system for prolonged battery life for fast charged EVs

APR Technologies is granted SEK 1.54 million in support from Vinnova to optimize future cooling system for battery modules in electric vehicles. The company’s integrated liquid cooling technology provides batteries with fast charging combined with better storage capacity and longer life. The main goal in this project is to reduce the degrading mechanisms inside Li-based battery cells during ultra fast charging.

APR Technologies receives an order from the European Space Agency (ESA)

APR Technologies wins an order from ESA. The order is related to thermal products for telecom satellites, and based on the new technology developed by APR Technologies. Total order value is 350kEUR.

APR signs contract with with ESA for cryogenic pumping.

APR signs a 400kEUR contract with ESA for developing a miniature pumped cryo-loop for satellites using APR patented core technology. The project aim to show one of the advantages with our technology, the ability to regulate and control the cooling power also at cryogenic temperatures.
