THE SPACE PRODUCT OFFERINGS
Thermal switches: for imminent control of the thermal conductance between two surfaces, which can be used for surfaces facing large shifts of sun exposure during the mission.
Pumped loops: various sizes, from systems that move several hundred Watts from heat generator to radiators, to regulators that control temperature with a stability less than 0,1 K.
Heat exchangers: for hot spots such as SSPAs in active antennas, providing factors of improved performance of the overall cooling loop.
Momentum wheels: liquid that is pumped in a circular tube in a controlled way, with minimum micro-vibrations, long lifetime and reliability. For use in nanosatellites or for fine tuning of pointing of large satellites.
APR products enable improved thermal performance of S/C, improved control, and reduced system level cost. Some of them open for game-changing thermal designs.
